PRactical ADvantage Communications was founded in 2011 and is one of only about 160 student-run agencies within higher education. Our agency is a Department of Communications capstone course option (COMM 474) for majors in the concentrations of Advertising, Entertainment & Tourism Communications, and Public Relations. PRactical ADvantage Communications offers COMM students hands-on experience with real clients, real campaigns, and real world challenges and opportunities. PRactical ADvantage Communications students develop and implement advertising campaigns, events, social media engagement and a variety of public relations activities for local businesses and non-profit organizations. We work within the conceptual structure of Integrated Marketing Communications.
