Fall 2011
This was the agency's first semester. We began without even having a name. We had no policy or mission statement, and no equipment or furniture. We met in a windowless room in the basement of College Park. Dr. Swanson tried to make the best of a difficult situation! It wasn't until semester's end that we were able to acquire permanent space at the Irvine Campus (now Irvine Center). The students you see in the group photo were responsible for creating the name, mission statement, logo, brand identity, policy manual and other elements that gave birth to PRactical ADvantage Communications.
